Recently I have been attracted to a lot of natural colors besides my usual all black outfits. I have been adding lots of photos to my Pinterest board as an inspiration and when I saw this beautiful jacket in the new Native Youth lookbook I knew it had to be added to my summer wardrobe. The jacket already has a boxy fit but I went for a size larger just to have the proper oversized fit to it and I love how the jacket looks when I roll up the sleeves as I do with all of my spring summer jackets. Besides, can we take a minute to adore the beautiful sand color of this jacket…

I am also wearing a Native Youth shirt dress. A shirt dress is probably the easiest and most comfortable way to get through summer if there wasnt one problem. 90% of the time shirt dresses are somewhat seethrough and what I really dont want to be worrying about in 30 degrees heat is whether people are able to identify my lingerie or not. Luckily, this little piece is not seethrough while still being on the light weight cotton side.

As always this minimalistic look is much about forms and accessories. I added one of my favorite earrings from the new Madeleine Issing collection as well as my beloved Lespecs statement sunglasses. I have been so worried that I would break them or get scratches on the glass that I have hardly worn them so far but that will change now! Oh and my new vegan leather bucket bag from CAIS wasnt allowed to be missed either. I have never owned a bag in tan before but I am so happy to finally welcome one to my bag collection. Its been on high rotation since it arrived in Taipei.
