January must be the hardest month of the year followed by an equally hard month of February. This year I have implemented a completely new strategy on how to stand against the yearly winter down around that time of the year. That is instead of joining everyone else in Berlin on wearing grey, black and generally dark tones I am wearing white denim or beige suit pants, my beige &OTHERSTORIES coat and jumpers or tees in the same palette. Coupled with ACNE STUDIOS sneakers or boots and an everyday bag (currently eying that BY FAR version of a mini bag).
Occasionally, I will try and mix things up a notch and that’s where the beautiful COS tee with an illustrated print comes in. Do I need it? Probably not. Do I really really want it? Yes I do. I am seeing it as a stand alone piece but also worn layered underneath a white shirt. I am still debating on the whole need vs. want problem. Especially, since sustainability and consumption patterns are something I want to continue to improve in 2020. Should I decide to get it you will be the first ones to be in the known.
The j.hannah nail polishes have been around for a while now but they are constantly on my mind since I saw the new colour ways and their beautiful names at their showroom in Paris last September. I really do think they are worth the splurge so maybe it’s time?
