This is my first must go café if you are in Hamburg! I advise to call them before hand to reserve a table because it’s a small location as well as a not-so-secret location anymore! Obviously when we started cycling to the location (not too far away from my friends castle) it started pouring down. Literally pouring “cats & dogs” like the british would say. It was awful and I was freezing – big plus at Gretchens Villa you can get blankets (usually for the outside area but whatever). When we arrived the girls there were super nice and the breakfast was brought to us super quick! How awesome are the latte bowls?? Just the right thing on a rainy day (read: every day). The breakfast was super delicious, too and the prices are really nice for students as well. I love to just look at people in a café sometimes and the people in Hamburg are always dressed well so prepare to see a lot of well-dressed interesting people at this location, too!

Oh vielen Dank Bina! Ja also die Zuckermonarchie kann ich wirklich wärmstens empfehlen, das Frühstück war einfach unschlagbar gut 🙂

  2. Aw, this was an exceptionally nice post. Spending some
time and actual effort to create a great article… but what can I
say… I procrastinate a lot and don’t manage to get anything done.
