It’s only 3 weeks ago but Paris already feels like a far away dream. I have been travelling so much in July, which is why it sort of felt surreal at times. Last weeks visit in Germany’s prettiest city Hamburg was a blast. I loved catching up with my best friend Julia – it’s been 5 months since we saw each other last. But more on that in my next life update. Yes, I know I have neglected the update for a couple of weeks but while I have been travelling a lot and there have been changes in my private life there is not so much that I can share with you just yet.

Getting back to the outfit – the top was a FOREVER21 found in Taipei just like my red body. I love the straight cut of the cami top and it works so well with anything black or gingham. You know I have been obsessing over gingham for a while now and I am currently trying to limit myself and not buy everything gingham that comes into my sight. Ruffles, on the other hand, are something I am still not feeling completely confident to wear. But, then again if it comes in form of a gingham mini skirt I can’t say no, can I? Accessories are kept it to the minimum with my beloved Wittner slippers and the cute little straw bag from a small Parisienne corner shop. I borrowed a pair of beautiful chocolate brown Ace&Tate sunnies from Anais to finish off the look.
