Sunday Favorites – November

Today I want to show you some of my favorite things that helped me through the first half of November.
You might have read it on Instagram – I have been sick for the last couple of days and still am not feeling perfectly on track just yet. So tea and lots of tablets quickly became part of my daily routine in November. Whenever I did leave the house (wasn’t too often past week) I was wearing my new Freyrs cat eye shades – you know how much I love a good pair of sunnies and these are lovely (also the perfect item to hide those bags under your eyes in case you are also sick). They will be the perfect replacement for my oh so broken Lespecs sunnies.
I have also been rocking my new Public Desire Booties nearly every day in November (if I made it out of bed) and really adore their velvet texture. They also go so nicely with blue denim – definitely one of my absolute November Favorites.
Instead of my usual evening routine – watching TV shows – I changed things up this months and tried to relax with lots of new music (I think Spotify is the best invention in the whole wide world) and knitting. Yes you read correctly knitting season has officially started for me again, just like last year. I don’t really care if people tell me it’s a grandma hobby, I love it and it really helps to get your mind off things. I am also a real newcomer to the whole thing so all I am knitting are beanies – one day I would love to knit a big chunky cardigan for myself though.
What have been your favorite things this months? What’s your favorite kind of tea (I am asking because I really need to stock up on my tea collection)? Do you have any playlist recommendations on Spotify for me? Lots of questions but I really need some new ideas!
Die Stiefeletten sind ja ein Traum! 🙂

Sorry to hear that you were sick I hope you feel better now! I love Indian Assam tea it’s very good and not too strong. If you want to get a kick of energy buy goji berries infuse them in hot water like a tea. You can also add chrysanthemum flowers and drink that all day (that’s what Chinese drink especially during winter) see- http://www.chinasichuanfood.com/chrysanthemum-tea-with-goji-berry/ . I love chrysanthemum tea (you have to buy it as a flower) it has a lot of healthy benefits you will find it in Chinese stores. Jasmine tea is great too and since it’s flower you don’t have caffein. Finally I can drink liters of chinese green tea, the real one is actually like green leaves. It has such a different taste from the packaged green tea. I would love to know how to knit! I think it’s so cool to be able to make your own sweater!
