I am currently trying to tackle this whole “do less shopping in 2019” thing. Because to be completely honest with you I have been cheating a little. I excluded vintage shopping in this resolution and while vintage shopping is definitely already a step into the right direction I feel like there are only this much vintage blazers (also goes for vintage leather coats I am afraid) that one can wear. Which is why after my NY trip I am on some sort of vintage shopping detox – not sure how long this will last. I have never been one with a strong will power whatsoever.

But turning to a more happy topic: I did add a gorgeous olive colored vintage blazer to my too-large-collection of blazers and I couldn’t be any happier with it. I was a little unsure about the very oversized cut of it but Jacqueline convinced me otherwise, which I am forever grateful for because imagine I would had left this at the vintage store? I would have been forever unhappy. The pieces for this look came together  very naturally: I am wearing my favorite combo of MANGO bermuda shorts and a simple ARKET white tee with my new and absolute favorite COS sandals. To round things up I added a new pair of vintage sunglasses and my carry on NVMEN bag, which has essentially become my go to everyday bag now, too.
